Tuna is a type of fish that is often consumed by many people. Besides the economical price and delicious taste, the nutritional content of tuna is also quite high. 1. Saute the soy sauce cob

2. Tuna fish curry

 

Ingredients:

2 medium-sized tuna fish
1 coconut milk coconut
5 red onion cloves
3 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
2 orange leaves
1 lemongrass stem digeprek
1 turmeric leaf
oil, to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Softened seasoning:

20 red chilies
5 red cayenne fruit
2 segments of galangal
1 segment of ginger
1/2 turmeric segment
How to make:

Clean the tuna fish, then cut into sizes according to taste.
Slice the onion and garlic, then puree the spices.
Heat the cooking oil. Saute the shallots and garlic slices until fragrant, add the subtle spices, lemongrass, bay leaves, orange leaves and turmeric leaves.
Add the coconut milk and cook until boiling while stirring slowly.
Finally enter the fish. Stir occasionally then add salt, pepper and lime. Cook over medium heat until the fish is cooked.
Serve warm tongol curry.

3. Acid padeh tuna

 

Ingredients :

Mackarel tuna
3 tablespoons Lime juice
Cooking oil for sautéing
Enough water
Spices:

3 pieces of Asam Kandis, if none can be replaced with vegetable star fruit
2 Lengkuas finger sections, keprak
3 lbr Salam leaves
3 lbr Orange Leaves
2 sticks of Lemongrass, push the white part (or finely sliced the white part)
2 cardamom grains
1 lbr Turmeric leaves, torn

Softened seasoning :

300 gr of ground chili
8 Shallots
5 Garlic grains
2 ginger finger segments
2 pecan nuts
Salt to taste
How to make :

Clean fish, give lemon juice, set aside.
Saute all the spices with a little oil until fragrant, add water, cook until boiling and the sauce slightly thickens.
Add the fish and reduce the heat, cook until the fish is cooked and the water shrinks.
Acid padeh tuna is ready to be served.

4. Shredded green tuna cob

Ingredients:

2 medium-sized fresh cob
1 lime takes the water
2 tsp of sugar
Salt to taste
Right amount of oil
Seasoning:

6 large green chili, roughly mashed
5 shallots, puree
3 cloves of garlic, puree
2 green tomatoes, finely sliced
1 stalk of leeks, thinly sliced
3 chives, finely sliced
How to make:

Smear the cob with lime juice and salt. Let stand for a while, fry until half done. Lift, shred.
Saute all ingredients until fragrant. Enter the cob slices, mix well.
Add salt and sugar, stir until cooked, remove. Serve it.

5. Sardine cobfish

Ingredients :

fresh tuna 350 gr
50 gr tomato sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 red tomatoes (cut into pieces)
sweet soy sauce 2 tablespoons
cooking oil 4 tablespoons
2 pieces of orange leaves
2 sheets of bay leaves
1 tablespoon sugar
salt 1 teaspoon
pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Green cayenne pepper 10 pieces (cut into pieces)
onion 1/2 fruit (cut to length)
garlic 4 cloves (thinly sliced)
enough water

How to make Sardine Fish:

Cut tuna with size to taste.
Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add slices of tomatoes and cayenne pepper into it with orange leaves and bay leaves.
Pour in enough water and let stand until boiling.
Add oyster sauce and tomato sauce then add sugar, salt, pepper and flavoring.
Stir until the spices are evenly mixed
Insert the clean pieces of tuna into it
